North London State of Mind

  • Interior painting

We were contacted by Christine Tse Interiors to paint this West Hampstead home in designer brand colours. Benjamin Moore is known for its exceptional paint quality and the beautiful array of colours it offers. One colour that stands out from the crowd is New York State of Mind, a rich, deep blue that creates a sophisticated and calming atmosphere.

One of the key benefits of using New York State of Mind was that it worked well in different lighting conditions. These blue walls appear lighter in the morning, and take on a more dramatic tone in the evening, as the sun sets. This makes the room feel like a completely different space, depending on the time of day.

We absolutely revelled in the colour palette chosen (we love it when that happens) and these pictures show that, even before the flat was furnished, the paint made the spaces pop.

Bold colours on your walls; Card Room Green no 79

Choosing the colours that make you happy can be hard. Some of our clients are in touch with their own style and vibes, others need the support of an interior designer. We work with many talented designers so let us know if you don’t know where to start when choosing colours for your walls. A bold choice doesn’t always mean bright or garish. The understated teal in this hallway is from the Farrow and Ball palette: Card Room Green no 79.

Interior painting that deserves a professional finish

When having your home professionally designed, you’ll need to make sure the decorating finish is as professional as the planning. The Sultan Decorators team made sure the interior painting in this project didn’t let the interior design down. Clean straight lines give a luscious matte finish.
